New Blogs I Like
Thanks to Ross and Callum, the brothers behind Energise for Life for adding me to their “New Blogs I Like” list. In the same spirit, I thought I’d list five blogs I strive to check out on a more-than-regular basis. These blogs provide me with (1) regular content, (2) a stimulating read and (3) a new learning each time. When I mean “new blogs” I don’t mean they have necessarily been writing from very recently, they are “new” for me as I have just discovered them in the wonderful blogosphere.
- Arvind Devalia - my good friend Arvind has just started blogging this year and has made me accountable in that if he doesn’t write a hundred blog posts by 31st January, he’ll be sending me a cheque for £1000 for any charity of my choice. As of writing this, he has 62 more to go.
- Traveling Forever Blog - a great blog, sharing many “how-to’s” that are much different to Steve Pavlina’s and are a great insight for someone who travels a lot still being able to change the world, one journey at a time.
- Phil Gerbyshak - not only does the master of “Making It Great” write some quality content, he regularly puts out links to some great stuff happening on the internet. This is the one place where I go check out his link love. It’s a great buzz marketing tactic too.
- Ravi Raman writes Setting Higher Standards; a great blog about health, fitness, personal development and growth.
- Problogger by the great Darren Rowse is a blogger’s dream. Darren is a full-time blogger and writes a number of blogs, Problogger being his most prized (or at least I think so). It is the best place to learn everything blogging and I’ve learnt more than I would ever have from Darren than reading books. Thanks DR!
If you have a blog, why not post about five blogs you’ve recently been attracted too? This is a great buzz marketing tactic in action. I wonder what kind of revolution we can write with this. You’re tagged!
