Wine tasting (and drinking it) has over the last few months become a real hobby of mine.

I’ve been consciously improving my wine tasting skills, note-taking its colours, smells, strengths, tastes and giving them scores. I’m slowly growing my detailed spreadsheet of wines. I’m also collecting wines. Maybe one day in the near future, I’ll set up my own cellar.

I’m contemplating setting up a new and specific wine blog/website where I can regularly write my thoughts about specific wines. I don’t want to duplicate content already out there as there are lots of great wine sites that I couldn’t do as well as. And I’m also a whole lot younger than many of the wine writers out there.

What do you think I should do on this? I’m really excited about your answer, either way.
